1. Eligibility:
   • Contest is open to all Instagram followers of MEAN Skincare that are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Non-Permanent Residents residing in Singapore except employees of Mean City Pte Ltd and their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors, and their immediate family members.
2. Entry Period:
   • Entries will be accepted from 15 November 2024, 00:00 hrs until 31 December 2024, 23:59 hrs (local time, GMT+8). Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.
   • All purchases qualifying for entry must be made within the specified entry period. Purchases made outside of this timeframe will not qualify for the lucky draw.
   • Purchases must be made from 15 November 2024, 00:00 hrs until 31 December 2024, 23:59 hrs (local time, GMT+8). Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.
     
3. Entry Submission:
   • To participate, simply purchase ANY MEAN Skincare product from our official distributors within the specified entry period.
   • Purchases must be made in a single receipt.
   • Submission of your entry must be done via direct message on Instagram. Attach a photo of the purchased products and a clear image of the receipt as proof of purchase.
   • Multiple entries are allowed, but each product purchased only counts as one entry. Duplicate products on the same receipt will not be counted as additional entries.
   • Promo codes provided together with your entry submission will double your entries.
     
4. Prize Details:
   • The winner will receive an iPhone 16 128GB worth SGD $1,299.
   • Only 1 winner will be selected.
     
5. Important Information:
   • Entries without original proof of purchase will not be accepted.
   • Prizes are strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
     
6. Winner Announcement:
   • The winner will be announced on 17th January 2025 via Instagram.
     
7. Prize Collection:
   • Winners must claim their prize in person at MEAN CITY PTE LTD during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm).
   • Prize collection must occur within 7 days of the announcement, with the latest date being 24th January 2025.
   • Winners must provide valid ID and proof of purchase when collecting the prize.
   • If the prize is not claimed by 24th January 2025, MEAN CITY PTE LTD retains the right to forfeit the prize.
     
8. Personal Data Usage:
   • By participating in the contest, you consent to MEAN CITY PTE LTD and its representatives/agents using your personal information in accordance with the contest terms and MEAN CITY PTE LTD’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
   • We may collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:
     • Performing obligations in connection with the goods and/or services requested.
     • Verifying your identity.
     • Responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
     • Sending marketing information, including notifying you of events, promotions, lucky draws, and more.
     • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and assisting in law enforcement or investigations.
     • Transmitting to third-party service providers, agents, and relevant authorities for the aforementioned purposes.
       
9. Miscellaneous:
   • By participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
   • The decision of MEAN CITY PTE LTD on all matters relating to this contest is final, conclusive, and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
   • MEAN CITY PTE LTD reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without prior notice. Prizes images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The prize’s colour and model are subject to availability.
   • MEAN CITY PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
   • MEAN CITY PTE LTD reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
   • We generally do not transfer your personal data outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer and take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive protection at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
